We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect for our early morning flight from Gatwick airport, making our journey convenient and stress-free. The hotel offers a range of services that enhanced our comfort, including room service, dry cleaning, and laundry facilities. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, a heating and air conditioning system, and tea and coffee making facilities. The staff were attentive and provided exceptional customer service, with the Duty Manager going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities, including the indoor swimming pool and sauna. The free Wi-Fi was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome and the staff made us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice balcony to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The bed was extremely comfy, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. Moreover, the food in the evening was exceptional, truly deserving its four-star rating.
We would like to suggest that the management does a daily walk around the hotel to address any potential issues promptly. though, this hotel was a fantastic experience and we highly recommend it to all.

The location of the hotel was perfect for a Christmas getaway. It was situated close to the airport, making it convenient for travel. Additionally, the hotel had a shuttle service, which made transportation to and from the airport hassle-free. the staff were also friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
There were some aspects of the hotel that were disappointing. the rooms were a bit outdated and could benefit from a renovation.
